Official Opening of the Yerevan Branch of the Armenian-Slovak Chamber of Commerce

On 17 March 2026, the official opening of the Yerevan branch of the Armenian-Slovak Chamber of Commerce, headquartered in the Slovak Republic, took place, marking an important step in strengthening the institutional framework of Slovak-Armenian economic cooperation.

The event was attended by representatives of the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Yerevan, officials of Armenian state institutions, heads of diplomatic missions of European Union Member States, as well as representatives of prominent Armenian business entities.

In his opening remarks, the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to Yerevan, Miroslav Hacek, highlighted the positive momentum in the development of bilateral relations between the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Armenia, emphasizing that the establishment of the branch represents a natural step towards further deepening economic cooperation.

The ceremony culminated in the symbolic ribbon-cutting by the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic together with representatives of the Chamber’s leadership, officially marking the commencement of the branch’s activities in Yerevan.
